Streets to Homes- a Non-Profit ARM of Bridges of Hope to specialize in housing assistance including transitional, permanent and senior housing. Streets to Homes is a community housing development organization that acquires, remodels, renovates, and provides new construction to create affordable housing to the communities we serve. Streets to Homes provides housing opportunities to the homeless to help end homelessness. |

| NAMI (National Alliance for Mental Illness) |
| NAMI offers an array of peer education and training programs, initiatives and services for individuals, family members, health care providers and the general public. NAMI's education and support programs provide relevant information, valuable insight, and the opportunity to engage in support networks. These programs draw on the lived experience of individuals who have learned to live well with mental illness and have been extensively trained to help others, as well as the expertise of mental health professionals and educators. NAMI and volunteer grassroots leaders are committed to education as the pathway to recovery, empowerment and wellness. In addition to education programs and initiatives offered through NAMI National, many of NAMI's over 1,100 affiliates offer an array of support and education programs and activities for families and individuals. Many of NAMI's program offerings are also available in Spanish language and some are also provided by means of translations into other languages. |

| Dr. Rob provides Dental Services to adults and children at Bernstein Dental Community Center. Dr. Rob is among the few local dentists who accept Medicaid along with other insurances. In addition, Dr. Rob can provide light sedation cleaning if needed. Dr. Rob and his team are accustomed to working with adults and children who suffer from mental illnesses and developmental disabilities and are extremely patient when working with the client to reduce anxiety during dental appointments. |

| Department of Social Services |
| The Pitt County Department of Social Services is where to go to apply for Medicaid, Work First Employment Services, housing referrals, Food Assistance (Food Stamps), Child Support services, Emergency and Crisis Assistance, and Work First Family Assistance. Social Services also arranges for transportation to medical appointments for persons who receive Medicaid and have no means of transportation. |
